Finding engineers that understand the law is nearly impossible.

The Process.

Step 1: Discovery

Let's sit down and have a conversation about what you're trying to achieve, no contracts. no nonsense. I only take on a small number of clients, if you're going to be one of them I want to be sure that I'm the right person for you to achieve your goals.

Step 2: Set our Gameplan

I don't like to nickel and dime clients. Depending on what we're doing, we'll set a gameplan and some clear deliverables. I like to work on a project basis.

Step 3: Execution

I'm not in the business of giving people reports, I'm in the business of successful client outcomes for firms engaged in litigation on complex and nuanced technology issues. If we're briefing a fourth amendment search and seizure issue, we'll work together to make sure you have an understanding of a reasonable expectation of privacy within encrypted communications and multiple opportunities to talk through what I'm looking at and get your questions answered, jargon-free.

Return on Investment.
